dc.description.abstract One important factor in reducing poverty in our country is Grameen Bank. They often provide landless and asset-poor customers with unsecured financing. By giving low-income people loans without collateral, they encourage people to start profitable businesses like farming, raising animals, grocery stores, and handicrafts. This temporary position serves as an example of how Grameen Bank's development of the delegate in terms of positive learning, capacity, and mindset workers inciting greater ground in financial things and institutions in Bangladesh is based on the planning and progress approach. The governing body of Grameen Bank is composed of the post-a kind, movement brain, and fundamental stage. Planning formative and summative assessments is crucial, and Grameen Bank's methods preparation is exceptional .Agents are given a six-month or four month of hands-on instruction and the chance to watch knowledgeable and experienced staff members from different Grameen Bank departments.
