Abstract:
The report titled, “Food & Beverage Service Process of Market at The Sanya Edition (China)”, focuses on how daily operations are managed at Market, the hotel’s all day dining restaurant. Draw conclusion from my internship experience, this report explores how the restaurant maintains service efficiency, consistency and guest satisfaction across its buffet and a la carte offerings. However, Market serves a breakfast buffet, a la carte during lunch hour and a combination ofbuffet and a la carte options at dinner, catering to a wide variety of guests throughout the day. During my internship in the F&B service department, I had the opportunity to observe how staff handled tasks such as order taking, food serving and interaction with the guest. I also observed how the team worked to maintain customer’s satisfaction and smooth service operation. The restaurant operates on a clear and organized process, emphasizing strong teamwork, time to time service and hospitality standard that ensure guests have a satisfied dining experience from the start to finish. The report emphasizes the importance of staff training, effective communication and attention todetail in enhancing service quality. It also discuss how to maintain service consistency under high pressure conditions is essential for the meeting the expectations of luxury hospitality guests. The study concludes that an efficient and well-structured F&B service process is critical to a hotels success. By optimizing service operations, hotel can enhance customer satisfaction, improve brand reputation and gain competitive advantages in the hospitality industry.
