dc.description.abstract Staff must be trained for today's competitive and changing corporate environment. Rapid technological advances, shifting market demands, and global competitiveness present opportunities and challenges for modern companies. This climate necessitates ongoing professional development for companies and individuals. Without skills and expertise, employees struggle to meet performance targets, compromising organisations' competitive advantage. Texstream Fashion Ltd. developed and implemented training and development to boost employee skills and organisational performance. This strategy needs HRM to identify skill shortages, develop training programs, and give employees the tools they need to grow. HRM trains unskilled or semi-skilled individuals to into highly trained professionals who increase the organization's success. The paper describes how Texstream Fashion Ltd. training data was obtained. We use surveys, employee and HR professional interviews, and company documentation analysis of training programs and HR rules. The technique ensures accurate data display. It describes Texstream Fashion Ltd.'s training programs in the training and development process area. These courses teach leadership, productivity, and job skills. Digital technologies, educational materials, and qualified trainers are discussed. This section discusses the company's training-business objective alignment strategy.
