Abstract:
The primary purpose of this report is to understand the overall operations of the Front Office Department. Through the six months of Internship at Sea Pearl Beach Resort and Spa, the tasks Iobserved and performed are analyzed in this report. In particular, the main activities are described and analyzed throughout the report. In this report, some of the following chapters are discussed. Chapter 1 introduces the overall study. Chapter 2 gives an overview of the hotel. Chapter 3 represents an overview of the Front Office department. Chapter 4 mentions its activities and working functions. Finally, Chapter 5 shows the findings, suggestions, and conclusion. Reference added as a source of methodology.
