Abstract:
This internship report presents an overview of my internship experience at Horizon Resort & Spa Yalong Bay in the Food and Beverage Service Department. The report outlines the key aspects of my role, the tasks I performed, and the skills I developed throughout the internship period. It includes a detailed account of the operational processes in the food and beverage service, challenges encountered, and the learning outcomes. Additionally, the report provides insights into the resort’s offerings and its approach to maintaining high standards in guest service.
