dc.description.abstract The financial management policies and cost control systems used by Fu-Wang CeramicIndustryLimited are thoroughly examined in this paper. Having been in Bangladesh since 1995, thecompanyfocuses in the manufacturing and selling of premium ceramic tiles. Fu-Wang Ceramic must keepstrong financial management and efficient cost control techniques to stay competitive inthemarketgiven the always rising demand for ceramics in the fields of building and interior design. The paper starts with assessing the company's working capital management, capital structure, andbudgeting systems among other financial management aspects. Using important financial indicatorssuch sales trends, profit margins, and liquidity ratios, an in-depth study of the company's financialperformance over the past several years is undertaken The paper also looks at Fu-WangCeramic'scost-cutting policies including lean manufacturing methods, inventory control systems, andwastereducing policies. The report's main conclusions are that Fu-Wang Ceramic has continuously shown excellent financialmanagement techniques, which has resulted in profitability and steady development. Still, therearedifficulties especially in controlling raw material costs and preserving liquidity amonggrowingrunning expenses. Although the debt management techniques and capital structureof theorganization are judged as efficient, there are still chances for improvement. The paper ends with several suggestions for bettering cost control and financial performance. Thesecomprise upgrading inventory control systems, making investments in automation toincreaseoperational effectiveness, and using more sophisticated financial forecasting tools to better projectchanges in the market. The analysis underlines that even if the organization has a strongbasis, it hasto keep changing to be competitive in a corporate climate growing more complicated. Fu-Wang Ceramic Industry Limited has generally managed its financial operations and cost controlpolicies well; yet, there are certain areas where development can guarantee long-termprofitabilityand sustainable growth. en_US
