Abstract:
This report presents the internship experience at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka, with a focus on the Food and Beverage (F&B) Service operations, highlighting daily restaurant tasks, banquet/event management, and guest interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction activities. It begins with an overview of regular restaurant operations, including pre-shift preparations such as setting up dining areas, stocking service stations, and reviewing menus. Key elements of customer service, like greeting and seating guests, taking accurate orders, addressing special requests, and ensuring timely delivery, are also discussed. Post-service tasks, including clearing tables, resetting for the next round, and maintaining cleanliness, are emphasized as critical components of operational efficiency.
