First the Introduction Chapter of the Study introduces Horizon Resort & Spa, emphasizing its focus on food safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. It outlines the report's objectives, scope, and methodology, relying on qualitative research approach and secondary data sources. Then Company Profile Provides an overview of Horizon Resort & Spa, located in Yalong Bay, Sanya, China. The resort combines luxury, and premium guest services. It highlights the mission to offer exceptional hospitality, the vision to be a global leader in luxury resorts, and key milestones such as sustainability initiatives. Facilities include diverse dining options, recreational activities, and well-designed accommodations. In Discussions & Analyses chapter describes the Flower & Sea View Kitchen's production process, focusing on food safety, hygiene protocols, pest control, and operational challenges.
