Abstract:
This report explores the working processes of the Favola kitchen at Le Meridien Dhaka, which comes under the Marriott International. This study analyzes the kitchen's practices to find areas of improvement and recommend actionable suggestions that can enhance service quality and overall guest experiences in the restaurant. The introduction chapter of represent the subject of the hospitality industry, focuses on the specificcase of Favola Kitchen at Le Meridien Dhaka. The primary focus of this chapter illustrates, background of the study, the objective of the study, methodology of this report and lastly limitation of this study. The company profile of this chapter provides with a complete overview of Marriot company, Le Meridien Dhaka and their product and services. This chapter highlights the hotel's promising to delivering excellent guest experiences. In additional, their products and services section outline multiple offerings, Le Meridien Dhaka boasts a verities of dining options, with well-known restaurants and bars that serve both international and local cuisines. The chapter discussion and analysis of food safety protocol and operational processes of Favola kitchen which explained all about the details of hygiene practice and culinary skills, understand kitchen dynamics, freezing food executing recipes and contribute to the high standards of work processes at Favola Kitchen.
