Abstract:
This report represents a descriptive analysis of the operational processes and experience gained during an internship program of Front Office Department at Pan Pacific Sonargaon. The internship program was a compulsory session to complete my Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management program at Daffodil International University and gather practical knowledge of hospitality industry after academic session which duration was six months. During my internship, I able to gather some knowledge about Front Office Department like handling the guest, check-in and check-out process as well the use of Property Management System (PMS). This report is categorized into several chapters, each of the chapters will describe the different facts of Front Office Department. The chapter starts with an introductory part that outline the objective and background of the report. The scope and objective of the report written by based on duties, challenges, responsibilities and experience during the internship period. Also the reader will get idea about the purpose of this report. The methodology use to conduct the report also described, the limitations of the report also added so that the reader can measure border of the learning from this report.
