dc.description.abstract This internship report has been made based on my experience and learning during three months at Asiatic Laboratories PLC where I have been assigned as an intern in the ERP team. Firstly, the report overviews Asiatic Laboratories PLC and discusses its practices and activities. In the next chapter, this report mentions the objective, scope, and limitations of the study. Additionally, it discloses the reason behind the study being conducted. In the second chapter, ‘Literature Review’ section, it includes an overview of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, their evolution, and their impact on different functions of an organization according to the perspectives of experts. Next, the report provides an overview of the ERP system implemented at Asiatic Laboratories PLC and how this system operates within the organization. Furthermore, I have conducted a survey-based analysis among employees and also developed ten questionnaires. The later chapter discusses the whole analysis part that has been performed through MS Excel, which included qualitative and quantitative frequency data analysis with interpretation. In addition, the Analysis and Interpretation section also discloses the impact of user satisfaction with ERP and its efficiency and business process performance. This internship report has been made based on my experience and my learning during three months where I learned several functional and operational integrations related to MIS. Next, in the findings section, based on the results of the analysis, the reasons for analyzing the impact of implementing the ERP system with user adaption successfully have been discussed. Lastly, the report suggests a few ways based on the findings to utilize user-friendly ERP systems more effectively implementation to improve overall organizational performance and business process efficiency. I have tried to achieve the aim of my internship report satisfactorily. en_US
