This report goal toward providing an idea and overview on the production and marketing
process of Lamia Chemical Works. The report is prepared within the broader framework of
Internship Program of the Department of Business Administration, Daffodil International
University.
I have organized this report into six chapters. The first chapter provides an introduction,
outlining the purpose of this report, its objectives, and the research methods and sources used.
In the second chapter, I delve into an overview of Lamia Chemical Works. This section
highlights key information about the company gathered through my research.
Chapter three explores short term strategy, long term strategy, market segments strategy
including how they function, and relevant rules and regulations. In chapter four, I focus
specifically on supplier, wholesaler, retailer and consumers analysis.
In chapter five I have discussed about Four P's and SWOT analysis. In chapter six I have
discussed the Findings, Recommendations, Conclusion. |
