Abstract:
This internship report, titled "An Analysis of Recruitment & Selection Process of Mutual
Trust Bank PLC," examines the practices and procedures employed by the bank in recruiting
and selecting employees. The study aims to explore the effectiveness, challenges, and overall
efficiency of the recruitment and selection process within the organization.
The report is based on my internship experience at Mutual Trust Bank PLC, during which I
had the opportunity to observe and analyze various HR functions. It includes an overview of
the organization's recruitment policies, methods, and tools, along with an evaluation of their
alignment with best practices in Human Resource Management.
The findings highlight the strengths of the current recruitment system while identifying areas
for improvement to enhance the overall process. The report concludes with practical
recommendations to help the organization achieve more efficient and effective recruitment and
selection outcomes.
This study not only provides insights into the recruitment practices of Mutual Trust Bank PLC
but also serves as a practical application of theoretical knowledge gained during my Bachelor
of Business Administration (BBA) program, majoring in Human Resource Management.
