Internship Report on Financial Performance Analysis of Sonali Bank PLC

Abstract

This internship report is intended to satisfy a BBA program requirement. My course requires me to communicate with an organization in order to obtain significant and hypothetical data. Giving the reader a comprehensive grasp of Sonali Bank PLC.'s whole financial operations is the aim of this study. This study aims to give some information about Sonali Bank PLC. In the introduction, I explained the study's background and the structure of the report. It also covers the goals, parameters, limitations, and techniques, including the sources of the data. I collected data using both essential and supplementary information. After that, I discussed the organizational portion, which includes thorough information about the company, such as its mission, vision, resources, products and services, branch locations, and other Sonali Bank PLC. facilities. Terms are defined, different bank ratio types are examined, Sonali Bank PLC's financial ratio findings are explained, and graphic representations are included in the third section, Financial Ratio Analysis. Since the financial analysis provides a logical and quantitative means of demonstrating the bank's overall financial performance over these years, this section also incorporates vertical and even analysis to show Sonali Bank PLC.'s financial performance over the last five years, from 2019 to 2023. Last but not least, a few concerns that were discovered when assessing the financial performance are discussed.
