dc.description.abstract Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly affecting our lives in smaller or greater ways. In order to ensure that systems will uphold human values, design methods are needed that incorporate ethical principles and address societal concerns. In this paper, we explore the impact of AI in the case of the expected effects on the European labor market, and propose the accountability, responsibility and transparency (ART) design principles for the development of AI systems that are sensitive to human values. en_US
