In this report I am going to describe the Performance Appraisal Process of Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB). The report titled as Analysis of Performance Appraisal
Process at Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB).I have prepared this report on the basis of what I learnt during my internship program with my best effort. I have tried my best level to collect necessary data and information reloaded to my study topic and has prepared this report within very short time.This report is divided into six chapters. Introduction includes Background of the Study, Rationale of the Study, Statement of the problem, Objectives of the Study, Methodology of the study, Scope of the report, Limitations of the study. Background of the ICB includes Overview of the Organization, Mission, Vision, Strategy Statement, Objectives, Business Policy, Functions, Ownership Structure, Capital and Reserves, Milestones in the Development of the Organization, Management of ICB, Risk Management, HRD, ICB activities includes Activities in The First is concerned with the recruitment, selection, placement, compensation and appraisal of the human resources (personnel functions), more commonly termed as Human Resource Utilization (HRU). Functions are directed towards working with the existing human resources in order to improve their efficiency and effectiveness, enabling them to assume new roles and functions. Analysis of Performance appraisal processes are Rating, Job knowledge and skills, Basis of Reward Allocation, Motivation.Findings of the study include observation ofNo discrimination, appraisers do not maintain, appraisers do not maintain and appraisers do not maintained. |
