Abstract:
I have prepared this internship report based on my internship program as it is required for
the BBA program. BBDO Bangladesh plays a vital role in the advertisement industry.
Customer’s satisfaction is one of the most vital reflections of the progression toward
advancement and development for this organization. The achievement of the customer’s
satisfaction is the key feedback to improve service quality. The report has organized in
five chapters.First chapter including introductory part of the report, there I mention main objective of the report. The main objective of the report is to analyze the financial performance of the bank as whole. In preparing this report I use both primary and secondary data.The second chapter where I discuss about the organization’s history, Organogram and Structure of Marketing Department. I also included the SWOT Analysis in this chapter.The third chapter where I discuss the analysis of marketing activities of BBDO Bangladesh.Fourth chapter here deals with some findings, recommendations which are drawn by analysis of whole report.
