Abstract

A day-long workshop on "telecommunication Technology and its Scope held under the department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. DIU. The workshop focused on Telephone Network. VSAT. Radio Frequency Planning. GSM. CDMA. Optical Fiber. Submarine ('able. Database Administration about the Cellular Telephony, Mobile Business aspects etc. These topics covered the working principle of mobile and wireless telephone network. After the completion of the workshop. Ceniticate giving ceremony was held. Prof Dr. M. Lutfar Rahman. Dean. Faculty of SIT. DIU presided over that program. The 'Certificate of Participation' and the 'Certificate of Appreciation' among the participating students and the Faculty Members were distributed by the Chid Guest. Mr. Md. Sabur Khan. Chairman. BOG, DIU. Prof. Dr. Aminul Islam, Vice-Chancellor was present as a special guest. Mr. Muhibul Hague fihu>an. Head, Ikpartment of I'TI was also present in the ceremony.
