dc.description.abstract What cloths are made in aBoutique shops/ tailor shops and what are the requirements of trimmings. How much clothes are needed, how much yarn is needed and what machines are needed in the tailoring shops. What is the skill of the machine. What are the major difficulties in the tailoring shops. Where the clothes are purchased and how much it is sold in the tailoring shops. How many tailor shops in Barisal local area, how many employees work and how much wages are paid to the employees. The above information has been collected through conversation with owners and employees of different tailor shops and principal of Women Technical Training Center, Technical Training Center (common), assistant Director of Department of Youth Development in Barishal local area. I got the information from the above1. Monthly clothing calculation, monthly business calculation of tailoring shops. 2.The calculation of the wages of employees and employees of the tailoring shops. 4. The difference between the tailoring system and the garments system. Such as-  A machine was used to create a clothes for the tailoring system. But each machine is used for each part of the garment factory.  Employees’ wages are much higher in the tailoring system, but the workers’wages are far less in the garments system.  Tailoring systems clothing cost more than the garments system. en_US
