dc.description.abstract An institution is not just a place to study but there are lots more in it. I realized it very well when I got the opportunity to visit an educational institution for my internship work. I visited Kakoli High School and College which is situated in Dhanmondi-15. The Principal of that institution permitted me to observe and conduct three classes. The teachers were also there for me with their helping hands. I observed three classes and conducted three classes. The students interacted with me with a friendly approach, which made my teaching very comfortable. The classes I had observed helped me to understand what skills need to teach properly. The teachers I observed in the class were not only proficient in teaching but also knew how to handle the whole class and how to maintain student’s attention in the class. Overall, it was helpful for me to understand the present scenario of English Language teaching in a Bangladeshi school. en_US
