Child Monitor

Abstract

This project is on “Child Monitor” is an android based application which will effectively and efficiently monitor the smartphone use and smartphone location which is mainly targeted for kids and teenagers. The monitoring will be done by their parents though. To prevent the abuse of smartphone by the kids are the main goal of this project. The main feature of the project is to track smartphone uses and notify the parents about how much time the device is being used or how much time a certain application is opened in the foreground along with the daily device location. Daily device location will ensure parents about where their children are roaming outside home. Parents will be the main user of the application and the children device will be the linked device to their parents. A user can register to the application through email and password. This application will lessen the worries of the parents about their children and help parents to ensure better future for their children before being too late.
