SEMI-AUTOMATED TIME SCHEDULING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR UNIVERSITY CLASSES

Abstract

It already is known that every institution has a routine. On the other hand, a successful integrating management system plays a vital role in an organization. The developed system is a web-based application. This project was started from the experience of the teachers in the CSE department of the university is creating, managing and maintenance of class routine for every semester. The requirement specification was gathered from the practices of the department. The system was implemented HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap in the front-end part. On the other hand Laravel, PHP and Java script used in the back-end part. In addition, a mobile app on the Android platform will be developed in the near future. To find an exact and efficient solution, a genetic algorithm is used here. Because this algorithm maintains data according to the designed and checks all the errors efficiently. The system decreases the time of a student and teacher. Because the proposed system helps the student and teacher to find their routine dynamically. A teacher can view their schedule easily. The main purpose of this automated routine a student can access routine from anywhere and viewed teacher’s details. This project gives an easy class schedule of all the university students. As a result, this project saves the time of all the students and teachers to find their schedule.
