Abstract

Urban civilization in Bangladesh is getting more and more populated every second with this growing population one of the major basic need in the cities are getting difficult to manage. To live in the city every person needs a house. But the problem is to get a good house with affordable price in an excellent area. Most of times people does not know where to look for a house for rent. May be it’s only a walking distance from them. At the same time it has been monitored that same owners of an apartment is not getting any customer for his houses. Again, some owners are in luxury to reject clients they get them on a daily basis. To solve these problem people need a system which will be able to tell where to look for a house and where not. It such a system exists it will decrease both owners and clients hassles for looking each other. Because owners will be able to declare when apartment is available for rent. On the other hand clients will be able to find a reasonable apartment and then go for a visit physically. It will save both time and money of all. On this very thought “Apartment Guide” has been developed. Where owner can circulate if an apartment is free on not and the client can apply for rating that apartment.
