dc.description.abstract Our project title “kiddie: is an augmented reality application for Bangladeshi kid” which provides better and playful way to learn Bengali alphabets. In this application we tried to present a newer way of learning instead of traditional ones for the children of age 3 to 5 in Bangladesh. Although there are several ways to introduce a kids with Bengali alphabet but with this application they can easily get acquaintance with the alphabet in really very short amount of time. Nowadays almost every family in Bangladesh own at least one smartphone. The children of every country is very much attach to smartphones and also get easy access to their parent’s smartphones for playing games or watching cartoon while they become inattentive when said/told to study.by this application a kid can easily learn the alphabet with much eagerness and without annoying anyone. The most attractive aspects of this project is it will not only show the related object but also an interactive one. Another important aspect of this project is it will also show a full sentence consisting of the related alphabet. en_US
