dc.description.abstract In modern days, engaging brain is a challenging task. Throughout the world, different institutions and academy are trying to increase effective brain engagement in both organizational and academic purpose in order to accelerate productivity. This productivity is considered as learning outcomes in an academic setting. However, success is considered as a dependent variable of engaging human mind in that particular situation. Additionally, introducing creativity and applicable strategies can be considered as the increasing factor of brain engagement in both organization and classroom environment. In this paper, we tried to develop a model based on the essence of the Gestalt Theory of Learning for problem solving in a technology supported learning environment called Education Aid System (EAS). Our intention was to enhance the mindfulness of the students in the classroom related to problem solving and creativity in a holistic approach. This model might ensure intellectual abilities, identify and overcome their difficulties for all the segments of a particular problem of the students and encourage them for acquiring employability skills. en_US
