dc.description.abstract Human Resources division is the promising sector in the new era of corporate world. Previously HRM was ignored by big organizations. Today the position has changed, most of the organizations are emphasizing on HRM observe. The main reason is, the organization runs by the people or human resources not by the machine. So, it is important to maintain these human resources in order to gain long term achievement in Business. Energy shield also gives emphases on HRM practice.
