Abstract:
To attract a customer, Social Compliance is the main factor for the RMG sector. There are few reasons for Social compliance; such as to stop the recruitment of child labor, to stop
discrimination, harassment and abuse, to keep standard working hours which can improve the socio-economic condition of the RMG sector. The samples were verified with the standard scale and graded accordingly. I have got a guideline by my supervisor to make my project easily. However, I have faced some restrictions to collect some document from the factory. We are trying to show out this project very easily. This study is carried out on 15 factories report of Child labor, Young Labor, Working Hours, Wages and Benefits, Discrimination were reviewed. For all reports we have found satisfactory results considering the national and international standard.
