This report is about Decision Support System Based on Diseases & Treatment Record. This report describes all the current problems of this system and its possible solutions. Top level management (Management) is a very important part of a hospital. In the past management maintain their all information & calculation through paper based. It is difficult to manage & analysis about patients. But it could be much easier by using a website. It will be discovered that which type of patients are most come. By using this analysis, they can determine which type of medicine or doctors are needed most. This way the hospital can prepare for proper treatment and patients can get proper treatment and medicine at the right time. This report helps users to operate the system as a whole. This report will be very helpful to developers if the system is to be developed further.
