Abstract:
The profitability of a company depends on the performance of the employees. To monitor the
tasks of an employee, task monitoring system is very important. There is many systems existing
for monitoring task but there is much complexity in these systems. The task monitoring system
should be easy to learn and easy to use and also very effectual and worth full to monitor the tasks
and employees for the betterment of any organization. I wanted to develop such a system that
will be useful and worth full. I developed a system that is user friendly and easy to maintain. I
found that the system is easier than other systems.
The “Employee performance evaluation and task monitoring” project is divided into four parts.
Part one is user get registered into the system. Part two is manager create and assigns the tasks to
the employees. Part three is employees get tasks and update task progress. Part four is manager
gets all outcomes and results.
