Abstract:
The Internship was conducted at Taufika Foods and Agro industries Ltd. in “Lovello Ice Cream” from 06 October, 2018 to 01 November, 2018. This factory mainly manufactures by different types of Ice-Cream and only Ice-Cream Cake. To prepare Ice-Cream is used to sugar, Skim milk powder, water, stabilizer, emulsifier, food grade flavor, food grade color, butter oil, coconut oil, anhydrous milk fat, full cream milk powder and Glucose. After preparing the mixing tank of ice-cream pasteurized and homogenized. In Ice-Cream mainly check physical, chemical and microbiological test for quality control.
