A Web Based Project on “Virtual Judge Panel” -a smart solution for coders

Abstract

The main purpose of this project is to develop a website called Virtual Judge Panel where student can register and submit their projects under an event. Admin can create event and add judges. Judge can view and rate a project. According to their ratings every single project will get a rank by calculating average rating. By this process we will find the final best project of an event. To develop this web application, we used RAW PHP which helps us to build this application faster. We also used HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript for better web design and make this application more user friendly. After implementation of all functions, the system is tested in different stages and it works successfully as a prototype.
