The project report has been made based on seven months prototype implementation of the importance of entrepreneurship teachings to the school kids of Daffodil International School, English Medium in creating future entrepreneurs. As a requirement of Bachelor of Entrepreneurship in Daffodil International University (DIU) at the end of the bachelor degree one has to have his/her own business venture. Keeping this in mind author have started his venture Junipreneur on August 2017. Junipreneur is a platform where it sort out the individual traits, strength and weakness of the kid and give them the environment to grow and think out of the box and bring something innovative to become an entrepreneur who can take initiative. Education is a big challenge now, if we do not change the way we teach 30 years later it will be a trouble. The way we teach, the things we teach are the things are from past 200 years, it is knowledge based. We cannot teach our kids to compete with machines because they are smarter, if we follow the 200 years old syllabus. We have to teach something unique, so that a machine can never catch up with us. During the seven months prototype implementation period author have worked as a Facilitator of Club Junipreneur in Daffodil International School, English Medium where author have developed a syllabus for the students composed of teachings like values, teamwork, independent thinking, taking initiative, believing and care for others. |
