Abstract

Internship is a very much renowned learning process all over the world which revolves the hand on learning process by working in an office or a working place. Internship provide the knowledge and ideas of professional job field and give the chance to explore and gaining experiences from work place. All over the world, there have mainly three types of internship, first one is Academic Internship and the second one is Organizational Internship and the third one is Interpersonal Internship or working as intern under someone professional. There have pain internship and non-paid internship in Bangladesh.
