dc.description.abstract | The research intends to find out the present scenario of English Language Teaching in Bangladesh. This paper investigates the challenges existing in teaching-learning and practicing English inside the classroom. For the fulfillment of the requirements of the course project paper. I was asked by my supervisor to visit a school or college. According to the instructions, I visited Lalmatia Girls’ High School, Mohammadpur, Dhaka and showed the recommendation letter given by my department to the principal of that school. With a view to finding out the challenges, the data have been collected through the research instruments like survey questionnaires and class room observation. ThoughI observed 3 classes and took 3 classes, I had to prepare myself a lot to satisfy both the students and teachers of that school. I was really fortunate because all of them were very supportive and helpful otherwise it would have been impossible for me to fulfill the work. As it was my first step in practical field, it was a great challenge for me and somehow, I was able to manage the work with satisfaction and gathered a new experience | en_US |
