IT Support & Hardware Maintenance

Abstract

The aim of my internship is to provide hardware maintenance. This report is about roles and responsibility and what I have learned in my internship period. I had an internship on “IT Support & Computer or Laptop Hardware Maintenance” at an IT company named Creative IT Soft. There I had many responsibilities like Device Setups, install all version of Microsoft office, operating system, application software and troubleshooting, networking and overall internet fundamentals. Especially I work there for hardware maintenance. In my internship report basically, I tried to show that how I had managed those things and how efficient I was there in the time of internship. Moreover, I tried to present whether my internship was a successful or not. Solving real life problems was another key issue. This report takes me through all the details of every knowledge and experience gathered during this internship period.
