Abstract:
The internship report is an indistinct requirement for the Bachelor of Business Administration.
An internship report is very important &essential for acquiring experience through learning and
spreading the motive of knowledge .As a part of the internship program, I was at
PanthapathMahila Branch of NRB Global Bank Limited.
The primary objective of this report is to know how this NRB Global Bank is doing its
investment sector. I have prepared this report based on my practical job experiences at NRB
Global Limited. This Internship program helped me a lot to learn about the current situation of a
financial institution. I have also accomplished my theoretical knowledge into a practical and
realistic work environment. Banks play a crucial role in the economy of the country. Countries
development greatly reclined on the activities of the bank. Commercial Banks take a deposit and
pay loans. These banks help in savings and Savings create investment. The bank provides the
clients with the safety, liquidity, and profitability by means of several savings media offering
different degrees of a mix of liquidity return and safety of savings. The saving banks use as their
key to business activities. They invest the savings at a higher rate of return and maximize their
profit in business. This is descriptive research planned to evaluate the promotional strategy of
NRB Global Bank based on observed facts and figures. This Bank is also registered by the
central bank; Bangladesh Bank. It obeys the rules and regulations prescribed by the Bangladesh
Bank. The functions of the bank cover an extensive range of banking and functional activities to
individuals, firms, corporate bodies, and other multinational agencies.
