Abstract:
The Internship Report “Training and Development Process of HMH TRADE
INTERNATIONAL” is originated as a partial requirement of MBA Program, Daffodil
International University. This report focuses working experiences at the HMH TRADE
INTERNATIONAL. This report will give a clear idea about the activities and operational
strategies of HMH TRADE INTERNATIONAL. The first part is focused on the
Introduction, background, scope, limitations, methodology, data collection & processing
method for the study. The second part is focused on the overview of the HMH TRADE
INTERNATIONAL. It contains short profile of the Organization, The Organization’s
History and activities. The Third part is focused on my job part in the HMH TRADE
INTERNATIONAL. The fourth part is focused on the theoretical part of Training and
Development and its Policies. It contains the basic idea about Human Resource, the basic
function of training and development, training and Development process etc. The fifth
part is training and development process of HMH TRADE INTERNATIONAL. It
contains the training and development policy, steps, ways of sourcing. The Sixth part
contains recommendation and conclusion of this report.
