dc.description.abstract Use of edible mushroom with cereals bars are simply consumed in houses as dried form was based on different formulations. Different kind mushrooms are cultivating in our country now a days. These produced mushrooms were using in different recipe and added value to related food products. With different element like as Oats, Sesame Peanuts, and Almond etc. I used different percentage of mushroom like 0% ,10%, 15%, 18%. For different percentage. I have taken different value of these products. The proximate values of developed Bar was moisture 7.77%, ash 2.38%, protein 11.82%, fiber 1.95%, carbohydrate 62.74%, energy 418 kcal .as per acceptances of the (Sample B3).where 15% mushroom powder are available and compared to other samples it can be seen that B3 is acceptable from sample color, texture, flavor, taste and overall acceptation. This characteristic maintains the purpose that the cereal bar will be consumed as delicious snacks and other products. en_US
