This report is set up based on my three-month valuable involvement with IDEA Engineering
Company Ltd. Limited. This entry level position program helped me to find out about the
functional situation of a Company. IDEA Engineering Company Ltd. Is a flail-fledged
construction wing company who within short span of time turned out as one of the most trusted
company in this sector and has already been working various numbers of high-rise and lowrise building, Industrial Mechanical & civil engineering work, Hotel building service and
Utility building. IDEA Engineering Company Ltd. (PSG) began in 2009 under the partner of
Mr. Engr. Benjir Ahmed and the very key person of this company along with some other
renowned person. In 2009 IDEA Engineering Company Ltd. started its voyage as a private
