Abstract:
Blood donation process first started in Bangladesh in 1950 under Dhaka Medical College Hospital. In that time professional blood donor donate blood. In that time the required blood are managed by this hospital stock. But after 2010 the required units of bloods were increasing day by day. Hospital could not coverage large amount of blood. The 50% blood Ire collected form specific patients for single time donation.25% blood are collected from some volunteer blood donation organization like SANDHANI. So the other 20%-25% blood was come from paid donor. Many emergency patients could not get blood in hospital and paid donors are not available all time. This is a major problem in our country find the real blood donor at right time.
