dc.description.abstract This report is made of one of the private listed Bangladeshi Company. This study titles ‘Employees’ Performance Appraisal of TSS Corporation. Employees’ Performance Appraisal (EPA) is an assessment procedure of an employee with respect to his/her task performance. Employees’ Performance Appraisal (EPA) is an assessment procedure of a worker through relation to his/her task presentation. One of the most proper ways to judge individual and group task performance. The assessment measures abilities and activities with sensible exactness and consistency. It will give some mode to assist for recognizing parts for performance improvement and toward assist support skilled expansion. EPAs actively engage workers to know expectation from them. First an approved goal is been selected and the worker are bound to perform according to this and each workers are responsible for his/her task performance. It is know as one of the most important way of performance judging and a great way of making good relation with the supervisors and the subordinates. en_US
