The internship report has been made from the information of TSS Corporation over the topic which is “Training and Development Practices of TSS Corporation”. Training and Development is a generic term that refers to the process of assessing, in a structured way, to maintaining, training, developing, and balancing the employees in institution. In short, training is the short term process for improving employee’s different practical and technical skills. On the other hand development is a long term approach for building an improved workforce through continuous training.
