dc.description.abstract Supply chain management performance is an important factor in delivering products to consumers at affordable cost. The purpose of this work is to ensure that the retail supply chain can function properly and efficiently.. For the purpose of the study, data were gathered from the respondents through a structured questionnaire survey. The collected data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling technique . Data analysis findings reveal that supplier’s role, use of Supply Chain Management, inventory management, transportation management and coordination are the significant determinants of retail supply chain performance. The findings of this study bear deep significance both in practical and theoretical aspects. en_US
