dc.description.abstract Observing the classes I realized, in this competitive world learning, knowing and speaking in English with a clear concept is very important. I went to a school named “Sonaimuri Govt.Model High School "Noakhali, Sonaimuri. At first I talked to the headmaster for the permission to observe and conduct three classes. Then I met with three Englishteachers. During the class time, my focus was on the class management, how they control students and how they taught them. During my class lecture I tried to make the class interesting. The students ask me some questions about the topic and I tried to answer all the questions properly .It was a new environment for me to learn something new. The entire experience and feedback that I gathered by working in this project will surely enhance my skills in future. en_US
