dc.description.abstract Internship is an opportunity for practical work experience in a student’s chosen field of study. To complete Masters of Business Administration (MBA) every student has to participate in an internship program. MBA is a two years course where we are being taught about the function of an organization theoretically. We hardly get any chance to know the practical implementation of the knowledge in real world. Internship means receiving practical training through attending particular work physically. Practically training means a way through which a person or a trainee can gather experience about the related subjects and be able to apply his or her theoretical experience in the field of real life action. As a student of MBA, major in Human Resource Management (HRM) course I was assigned to National Bank Limited (NBL), Kolabagan Branch for my internship.
