Abstract:
As I have mentioned earlier that this is an Internship report, which is a partial requirement of
graduation program. Preparing report on Human Resource Management Practices
employee/worker is very common and for some extent trouble-free. Merchantex International
began excursion in 1986 by its five boards of directors. It is one of the significant pieces of
clothing producing association in Bangladesh. This association increasingly reducing its rejection
and rework rate in-process and final garments in order to ensure product quality and delivery
time as per buyer requirement and increase profitability. Merchantex International will guarantee
sufficient training and suitable work to increase productivity and skills of the employee. In this
study, I have tried to investigate the challenging career opportunities for young professionals
over the last 35 years that Merchantex International provided. How their goal is to attract, retain
and motivate the most competent people. This study emphasis on how Merchantex International
maintains high recruitment standards and its providing local and overseas training to its
employees. Human Resource department are the core part of each and every company to get a
competitive man power and advantage from the competitors. There are many functions are
followed globally to manage their employees. This report is about a little brief about Human
Resource management functions are followed by Merchantex International and how their
functional process is improve their efficiency in the market and what are the procedure follow to
recruit the right talent. This complete analysis is based on my journey as an intern of Human
Resource Department in Merchantex International.
