of this report is to get the satisfaction of the employees of Janata Bank Limited. It is a
descriptive study of nature. Most of the information is collected from both primary and
secondary sources. The primary sources are face-to-face conversations with bank officials and
employees of Janata Bank Limited. Secondary sources are the papers of the respective
departments of Janata Bank Limited, Annual Report of Janata Bank Limited, various notices
sent by Janata Bank Limited, official website, research paper.
