dc.description.abstract Albert Einstein said, Education is not the learning of facts, but the training of minds to think. The purpose of the internship was to observe the present scenario of English language teaching of Bangladeshi school. As part of my internship, I conducted and observed three classes of VIII, IX, and X in Independence International School. During my observation I collected all information about teacher’s attitude, teaching plan, and approaches and also students attitude. After observation, I took three classes with the help of class teachers. During that time, I applied the different teaching methods. During that time, I knew the approaches, purpose of teaching and also knew how to handle the class. During the internship, a realization came to my mind that teaching is much more honorable than the other professions and it is not an essay task. en_US
