This project discusses the tools and techniques used to develop the proposed system (using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Laravel and PHP to show the backbone of the content structure and database). Several development methods were discussed and why a method was chosen for this approach. Diagrams of the unified modeling language were created describing each system.
