Online Class Observation and Conduction in English During the Outbreak of Covid-19

Abstract

This report titled “Online Class Observation and Conduction in English during the Outbreak of Covid-19" is an effort to know about the English teaching-learning situation using online platforms of Daffodil International University during the outbreak of Covid-19. For that purpose, I took help of Google Meet for the observation and conduction of live classes. I completed the task by organizing teaching materials, teaching styles, class observations, assessments and suggestions. The purpose of this project was to explore how teachers organize instructions and manage students in the classroom, student‟s involvement, which materials are used in language teaching by the teachers. This report concludes with some recommendations based on the findings and the observations. I was able to have practical knowledge through the project work which will be beneficial for me in regards to English language teaching.
